Friday nights can be particularly tricky at porze HQ. No-one wants to cook but take-away food options can be pretty limited. There is a great Indian restaurant down the road, a Chinese restaurant even closer still, or we can buy chips from the local fish and chip shop.
It seems we now have another option.......
This month, Dominos announced that vegan cheese is available as a regular menu item in all their stores.
Domino’s original decision to add Vegan Cheese followed a survey on the Company’s Facebook page late last year to test demand for the product across Australia.
Domino’s CEO Australia and New Zealand, Nick Knight - “The popularity of, and demand for, vegan products has increased considerably over the years so it’s great we are now able to offer this high quality, non-GMO, plant-based and preservative free Vegan Cheese.
Our pizza sauce and bases are vegan-friendly so all of the pizzas on our menu can in fact be altered to suit a vegan diet. For an additional $2.95, people can simply swap out our usual mozzarella for the vegan-friendly alternative."
If you happen to try one antime soon, please let us know how they taste!
